Geisha coffee is one of the most expensive and sought-after specialty coffees in the world. Geisha coffee is grown at high altitude in Western Panama’s Chiriquí province, which is bordered by Costa Rica and the Pacific Ocean.

The annual harvest of Geisha coffee occurs in January-April and the special Arabica beans are then processed by the dry method. Geisha coffee is a gourmet coffee and single origin coffee, extremely appreciated for its mango and mandarin flavour notes.

The Geisha coffee varietal was first discovered in Ethiopia in the 1930s, but it only found its way to Panama three decades later. Geisha coffee reached stardom in 2004, when it won an important competition and caught the attention of international experts, who unanimously consider Geisha coffee one of the best coffees.

As a testament to the unmatched quality of our Arabica coffee, Harrods and Selfridges, the high-end department stores in London, became Hayman's exclusive retailers in the UK.
