Hayman is very happy to introduce you to our Chiapas Organic Decaf, a superb specialty coffee from Mexico. It is an organic coffee and was decaffeinated using the innovative Mountain Water Process.
There are various extraction methods for removing caffeine from coffee – some of which are safer than others. While many companies continue to use potentially harmful solvents and chemicals, the only completely safe method is the Mountain Water Process (or similar chemical-free decaffeination processes).
The innovative Mountain Water Process uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico, in conjunction with natural charcoal carbon filters to separate the caffeine from the coffee. This 100% chemical-free decaffeination process removes 99% of the bean’s original caffeine content, while leaving its delicious flavor intact.
Our organic decaf allows you to enjoy an outstanding gourmet coffee throughout the day and evening.
