Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel your speciality coffee order for acquisition of any item in our website within fourteen days of delivery of your arabica coffee (i.e. the best of all types of coffee beans). You will be responsible for paying for the return of any gourmet coffee item to Hayman.
The specialty coffee returned must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you, together with proof of purchase, and sent by post or courier to the following address:

We will issue the refund of your order price within one business day of receiving the returned third wave coffee item and the respective proof of purchase.
