Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order for the acquisition of any coffee(s) in our website within 90 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for the return of any coffee(s) to Hayman.

The coffee(s) returned must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you, together with proof of purchase, and sent by post or courier to the following address:

We will issue the refund of your order price within one business day of receiving the returned coffee and the respective proof of purchase.
